This product will be applied to the charging pile project. The core demands of the customer are clear: to provide outdoor charging piles with metal casings that offer ample space, reliable protection, and are easy to identify and maintain. Our technical team has conducted multiple rounds of detailed coordination with the client, converting all requirements such as installation dimensions, plate thickness (using galvanized steel plates), blue and white dual-color spraying standards, ventilation outlet specifications and handshake positions into production drawings and process documents that can be implemented by the workshop.
1. Precise cutting: The entire galvanized steel sheet is fed into the laser cutting machine, and the equipment precisely cuts out each panel of the box according to the drawing program. Laser cutting ensures accurate hole dimensions and smooth edges, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processes.
2. CNC bending: The cut panels are bent into shape through a CNC bending machine. The operator sets the program parameters, and the bending machine works precisely to produce the basic three-dimensional structure of the box. The connection part of the double-layer box body is achieved through precise control of the bending Angle at this stage.
3. Welding and grinding: All components are assembled and welded by welders to ensure a firm structure. After the welding is completed, the weld seam is carefully ground to make the surface of the box smooth and prepare for the subsequent spraying.
The box body formed by welding undergoes pretreatment such as cleaning, degreasing and phosphating, with the aim of enhancing the adhesion and anti-corrosion performance of the coating. Subsequently, the products enter the spraying line, where the primer and blue and white topcoats are sprayed strictly in accordance with the color palette provided by the customer. After spraying, bake and cure in a constant temperature environment to ensure that the coating is uniform, firm and weather-resistant.
In the assembly area, workers install box doors, sealing strips, locks, etc. Each link has an operation instruction manual as the standard. After assembly is completed, quality inspection personnel conduct a final inspection of the finished products, including size verification, key matching with the lock, appearance inspection and random sampling for trial assembly, to ensure that the products fully meet the agreed standards.
