Two real photos taken from the production line of the Ouyue Electric workshop record the real state of a batch of galvanized sheet material distribution boxes before they enter surface treatment

Three new products have simultaneously completed quality inspection and packaging: The outdoor rainproof monitoring box achieves IP65 protection, the inner and outer door distribution box adopts a double-layer structure to adapt to various environments, and the fume hood cabinet integrates active heat dissipation and cable management systems, fully demonstrating the stainless steel customization capabilities of Ouyue Electric.

The custom delivery time for traditional Metal distribution boxes is often over 20 days? Relying on flexible production lines and modular material preparation, Ouyue Electric enables the rapid prototyping and delivery of stainless steel distribution boxes and iron distribution boxes within 7 days after the drawings are confirmed.

After the inspection by the South Korean customer, the first batch of customized products, outdoor rainproof electric vehicle charging distribution boxes, completed production quality inspection and packaging, were loaded onto vehicles and sent to the port, and then shipped by sea to Seoul for use in electric vehicle charging station projects in multiple cities in South Korea.

Korean customers visited Ouyue factory and discussed the project of customized electric vehicle charging and distribution box. Technical team on-site docking, complete CAD drawing, reach cooperation intention.

Recently, China Ouyue Electric Co., Ltd. has completed the production of a batch of distribution boxes ordered by a new British customer. This order originated from online communication, where the customer put forward clear requirements for the product. After production, quality inspection and professional packaging, the products have now been loaded onto vehicles and sent to the port, marking a new progress in the company's overseas market expansion.
