Molded case circuit breakers are used to protect low-voltage distribution systems. Their function is to quickly and reliably cut off the power supply when overload or short-circuit faults occur in the lines and electrical equipment, ensuring the safety of the distribution system.
Fastening the shell:The product shell is made of high-strength, flame-retardant engineering plastic. This material is safe and insulating, and can also protect the internal precision mechanism.
Double safety trip: The product is equipped with two independent "thermal" and "electromagnetic" induction systems inside.
Thermal tripping: When the current exceeds the rated value for a long time due to overload, the bimetallic strip will heat up and bend, triggering the switch to trip.
Electromagnetic trip: When a short circuit occurs, the electromagnetic coil generates a strong magnetic field, instantly pushing the mechanism to disconnect.
Arc extinguishing system:The product is internally designed with a dedicated arc extinguishing chamber, which can quickly cool and cut off the arc to ensure safe breaking.
This product has a high segmentation capacity, can cut off fault current and protect the safety of electricity usage. The rated current has a wide coverage range and can meet the protection requirements from a large air conditioner to an entire production line. It adopts a standard modular design and supports quick installation on rails.
It is mainly divided into two applications
1. Distribution protection: As the main switch or branch switch of the distribution cabinet, it is suitable for the main circuits in factories, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, etc.
2. Equipment protection: As a dedicated protection switch for large single equipment, such as electric motors, water pumps, air compressors, large air conditioners, welding machines, etc.
