The handle lock is a mainstream lock in the industrial cabinet field that perfectly combines basic locking with structural integration. It integrates the opening handle with the lock core, providing users with an intuitive and effortless cabinet door switch lock through an ergonomic operation method.
Working principle: The core is a rotating handle integrated with a lock core. Inserting and turning the key can unlock the handle. Then, by pressing down or rotating the handle (depending on the specific structure), the rigidly connected lock tongue is directly driven to retract, thereby releasing the door frame to complete the opening. When closing the door, push the door panel and lift or operate the handle in the opposite direction. The lock tongue will automatically pop out and lock under the action of the spring.
Materials and Craftsmanship:
Handle and panel: Made of high-density zinc alloy through die-casting, it features a sturdy structure and a comfortable grip.
Surface treatment: After bright polishing and multi-layer electroplating, it has wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties.
Lock tongue and key components: Made of high-quality stainless steel or carbon steel, these materials ensure the strength and durability of the lock.
Application scenarios:
Communication and IT infrastructure: network server cabinets, optical fiber distribution frames, wall-mounted communication chassis, etc.
Industrial and electrical control: Indoor distribution cabinets, PLC control boxes, small instrument and meter boxes, tool cabinets, etc.
Commercial and public facilities: cabinets in building weak current rooms, security equipment boxes, vending machines, smart express lockers, etc.
