The first real photo captured the scene of a row of double-layer separated metal distribution box shells placed side by side in the assembly area of the workshop. The cabinet body has not yet installed the door panel, but the details of the sheet metal process of the box body itself are fully exposed - the edges and corners of the frame are regular, the bending edge lines are neat, and the welds are smooth without burrs.
The main body of the cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, which is formed by laser cutting and CNC bending in one piece. The box frame is thickened and reinforced, with strong load-bearing and impact resistance capabilities. The surface has undergone phosphating for rust removal and high-temperature electrostatic epoxy powder coating treatment. The coating is matte ivory white, with a uniform and smooth paint surface.
It features rust prevention, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and is not prone to yellowing, making it suitable for long-term use in dry indoor environments. The white powder-coated appearance is simple and modern, and it is highly coordinated with the interior decoration environment of factories, building distribution rooms, laboratories, etc.
| Process link | Processing method | Function |
| Base material | High-quality cold-rolled steel plate, formed by CNC bending in one piece | High strength, not prone to deformation, and the frame is thickened and reinforced |
| Welding | Precision spot welding, with the weld seam ground smooth | The sealing foundation is good, with no burrs or sharp edges |
| Pretreatment | Phosphating for rust removal | Enhance the adhesion of powder coatings and provide a rust-proof base layer |
| Coating | High-temperature electrostatic epoxy powder coating, matte ivory white | Anti-rust, anti-corrosion, scratch-resistant and not prone to yellowing |
The second real photo opens up the internal structure of the cabinet, clearly presenting the core design of this product - the double-layer partition and the pre-installed stud system.
Integrated metal partition board: Strong and weak electricity are separated, and the wiring is neat
An integrated metal partition plate is horizontally installed inside the box, dividing the inner cavity into two independent installation compartments at the top and bottom. The partition is welded and fixed to the box frame, featuring high strength, resistance to bending, and the ability to support heavier electrical components. The core value of this structure lies in achieving the separation of strong and weak electricity or the hierarchical arrangement of components:
Upper compartment: It can be used to install control and signal components such as instruments, indicator lights, PLC modules, terminal blocks, etc.
Lower compartment: It is used to arrange main circuit power components such as circuit breakers, contactors, thermal relays, and copper busbars.
The upper and lower compartments are physically isolated to prevent the electromagnetic interference generated by the large current in the main circuit from affecting the signal accuracy of the control circuit. At the same time, the cross-interference of the lines is significantly reduced, and the distinction lines are clear at a glance during maintenance.
Wire passage: The upper and lower compartments are interconnected, and no side winding is used
A long strip-shaped wire passage is opened in the middle of the partition. The wires between the upper and lower compartments can be directly connected through this passage without having to go around the side of the box for wiring. This detailed design makes the wiring path the shortest and most regular. The cable trays can be directly aligned with the cable crossings for laying, simultaneously enhancing assembly efficiency and aesthetic appeal.
Pre-installed stainless steel fixed studs at the four corners: eliminating the need for on-site drilling and tapping
Stainless steel fixed bolt studs are pre-welded at the four corners of both upper and lower cabinet sections, a key design feature that significantly reduces overall assembly time. In traditional cabinet installations, mounting electrical components requires on-site measurement, positioning, drilling, and tapping—processes that are not only time-consuming but also carry the risk of misaligned holes leading to insecure installations. With the pre-installed studs, this process is moved forward to the sheet metal fabrication stage. Upon receiving the cabinet, assemblers can directly secure instruments, circuit breaker rails, mounting backplates, terminal blocks, and other components using bolts on the pre-drilled studs, eliminating the need for any on-site machining.
Taking a distribution box with 10 circuits as an example, the pre-installed bolt design can save approximately 30 to 40 minutes of assembly time. In large-scale engineering orders, the accumulated savings in labor and time costs are substantial.
The left side of the box is reserved for the installation of door hinges, and it is matched with a white box door of the same specification. In the picture, it can be seen that the door panels of the same batch are placed on the side, waiting for assembly. The door body can be equipped with locks and observation Windows according to customer requirements. After closing, it can achieve dust-proof protection and prevent non-professionals from making mistakes.
The installation method adopts exposed wall-mounted type. The back of the box is reserved with hanging holes, which can be directly fixed on the wall without additional brackets. For scenarios that require ground installation, a base bracket can also be optionally equipped.
The standardized sheet metal structure of the double-layer separated metal distribution box shell and the flexible pre-installed stud system make it suitable for a variety of indoor power distribution and control scenarios
Building power distribution: Floor distribution boxes, lighting control boxes, main switches and branch switches are respectively arranged in the upper and lower compartments.
Industrial control: PLC control cabinet, electrical control box for equipment matching. Controllers and terminals are installed in the upper compartment, and drive components are arranged in the lower compartment.
Laboratory and clean workshop: The white powder-coated appearance is in harmony with the indoor environment, meeting the dust-proof and aesthetic requirements of clean scenarios.
Batch engineering procurement: Standardized structure supports large-scale production and rapid delivery, suitable for centralized matching of large-scale construction projects.
