In the first real photo, dozens of white boxes are placed side by side in the assembly area of the workshop. The box doors have not yet been installed, and the craftsmanship details of the shells themselves are clearly visible. The box body is made of cold-rolled steel plate through laser cutting and CNC bending in one piece. The surface is treated with phosphating for rust removal and electrostatic powder coating. The white matte coating is uniform and fine, anti-rust, anti-corrosion and scratch-resistant, suitable for long-term outdoor use.
The box body is designed with heat dissipation louvers at three key positions: there are louver opening areas on both the side and the top. The louvers adopt a slanted downward stamping structure, which not only ensures the unobstructed air convection channel but also prevents rainwater from directly flowing in through the openings. The heat generated by the equipment inside the box during operation is carried out through the natural convection path of air intake from the bottom and exhaust from the top and sides, controlling the internal temperature rise and extending the lifespan of the components.
The box door is connected to the box body through a stainless steel hinge, which opens and closes smoothly and is not prone to rust. The edge of the door body is reserved with an installation groove for waterproof sealing rubber strips, which, in combination with EPDM closed-cell foam sealing strips, achieves rain and dust protection sealing at the door gap. The door lock adopts an outdoor-specific rotary tongue lock, which can be managed by locking to prevent unauthorized personnel from making accidental operations. The back of the box is reserved with hanging holes, supporting wall-mounted installation.
