Upper level: Main distribution compartment
The upper warehouse has a spacious area and is suitable for installing power distribution components such as air switches, leakage protection devices, metering meters, and main distribution switches. Multiple sets of fixed screw columns are reserved on the inner wall of the warehouse. Components can be directly installed on the back plate or side wall through bolts without the need for on-site drilling and tapping. The four sides of the warehouse body have been thickened with folded edges, ensuring high structural strength and the ability to support relatively heavy distribution components.
Lower layer: Special installation compartment for charging piles
The lower compartment reserves dedicated installation space for the charging pile controller and gun wire terminal blocks. Metal fixed brackets are pre-installed on the side of the warehouse body for fixing the controller module of the charging pile and the terminal block. The power lines of the charging piles are all concentrated in the lower-level warehouse and physically isolated from the upper-level distribution control lines, avoiding electromagnetic interference to the control signals caused by high-current power lines and reducing the risk of short circuits and leakage due to the mixed installation of strong and weak currents.
