Dimensional tolerance: Random inspection is carried out using a three-coordinate measuring instrument. The deviation of the external dimensions is controlled within ±0.5mm, and the deviation of the installation hole distance is ≤0.3mm, ensuring that the door panels and boxes of different sizes can be interchanged freely.
Protection Rating: Randomly selected samples were subjected to IPX5 water spray tests, and there was no leakage inside the box. Combined with the Panel Lock and the sealing rubber strip, it has been measured to achieve an IP65 Protection Rating.
Coating performance: Detected by an eddy current thickness gauge, the coating thickness is uniformly distributed within the range of 80-110μm. After the hundred-grid knife test, the adhesion reached grade 0 (ISO 2409 standard).

Packaging and shipping: Targeted protective measures
