Korean customer visit: deep mutual trust from online to offline

Recently, China Ouyue Electric Co., Ltd. welcomed a group of distinguished guests from South Korea. The customer, a well-known charging station operator in South Korea, plans to equip its new generation of electric vehicle charging stations in Seoul and surrounding cities with special distribution boxes. After several rounds of online communication in the early stage, the customer highly recognized Ouyue Electric's production capacity and customized service level, and arranged a special team to visit the factory, and carried out in-depth discussions on the customized electric vehicle charging and distribution box project.

In early April, a delegation of South Korean customers arrived at Ouyue Electric factory. Accompanied by the general manager and foreign trade team of the company, the customer first visited the sheet metal processing workshop, spraying workshop and finished product assembly line. Customers speak highly of the standardized production process, sophisticated processing equipment and strict quality control system in the workshop.

During the visit, the customer paid special attention to the special production line of outdoor rainproof distribution box. For the outdoor application scenario of charging pile, Ouyue Electric showed the customized box structure design, rain and dust proof structure, heat dissipation and ventilation scheme and box appearance spraying process. The semi-finished products and finished products were randomly selected by the customer for dimension measurement and appearance inspection, and the results all met the requirements of its technical specifications.

In-depth negotiation: exclusive customized technical solutions

After the visit, the two sides moved to the conference room for formal negotiation. The Korean customer has put forward a clear custom demand: in order to adapt to its new generation of DC quick charging pile, it needs an outdoor distribution box with protection level of IP65. The box body needs to reserve installation space for charging module, metering meter, communication unit and surge protector, and it is required to be made of 304 stainless steel, and the box door is equipped with waterproof plane lock and window.

In view of customer needs, Ouyue electric technical team on-site response. Led by senior engineers, we confirmed with customers item by item the outer contour size of the box, the thickness of the plate (the main body of the box + the thickness of the door), the way of entering the line (the bottom knocking hole + waterproof joint), the heat dissipation scheme (the blinds on both sides + the insect screen) and the layout of the internal installation guide. The two sides agreed on safety details such as electrical clearance, creepage distance and grounding protection, and started the CAD drawing work on site.

Engineer docking: fast conversion from drawings to samples

After the meeting, Ouyue electrical technical team immediately into the drawing refinement work. Under the witness of the customer representative, the engineer completed the preliminary drawing of the 3D structure sketch within 2 hours, and clarified the details such as the Angle of the door, the position of the hinge, the opening of the lock and the nameplate area. The customer was satisfied with the company's response speed and professional ability, and confirmed the first order of products on site.

Subsequently, Ouyue Electric will enter the whole process of laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and grinding, surface spraying and assembly quality inspection according to the CAD drawings confirmed by customers.
